Waubeek House is a lovely historic home in Parry Sound near the beach and downtown.  We cater to professionals who require short or longer term accommodation for travel, or work, or vacation.  Offering a furnished room, kitchenette/lounge to warm light meals. 

Guest rooms are located on the second and third  level of the home with two baths and kitchenette/lounge on the second level to service them. 

There is a fire extinguisher , escape ladder, and CO/smoke detector in plain view  in multiple locations in the home.

Surveillance cameras are located in the driveway/entrance/kitchen of the guest house. 

A first and last month deposit is due in full with completed agreement to hold a room if you require a monthly stay.   For nightly stays, the full fee is due on booking.

Cash is the payment method.  Receipts issued.

2nd or 3rd level private room with door lock, double bed, two windows, comfortable furnishings, a closet or clothing rack, bedding, utilities included, unlimited wifi

Bathrooms x 2 are shared and on the 2nd level with tubs/shower, sinks, storage. 

Kitchenette with seating area is also shared and located on the second floor- induction stove top, toaster oven, slow cooker, microwave, double sink, food storage area, dishes, and fridge. 

Laundry service not available on site, but two laundry services are a short distance away.  One is within easy walking distance.
